Sandi Tibbetts Joins Lightning Pick as New Software Test Engineer

Our customers know the advantages of Lightning Pick providing a true, tested and versioned product. Unlike custom developed applications, the LP product is simpler to install and integrate with host business systems, offers better performance for rigorous daily operations and is far easier to support when necessary. As an actual product Lightning Pick is also easier to upgrade, allowing our customers to take advantage of new innovative features and modules.

Therefore Lightning Pick’s continuous product development requires considerable software testing before it’s ready for delivery. So we are pleased to welcome Sandi Tibbetts as the new Software Test Engineer. Below is a personal message from Sandi to our customers.  

I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Sandi Tibbetts, newest employee at Lightning Pick Technologies with a start date of January 2, 2008. Arriving with over 20 years experience in the manufacturing industry (10 years of which were spent in the areas of Distribution, Order Fulfillment and Customer Service), I am thrilled to join the LP Development Team with an enthusiastic and fresh perspective.

At Lightning Pick we pride ourselves on delivering a product that requires our customers to do little if any set-up, maintenance or troubleshooting. With appropriate and meticulous testing at the development level we maintain both the highest of quality standards and our reputation as the industry leader. My primary responsibility is to test our current, new and “development stage” products thoroughly and effectively.

I look forward to doing my part to ensure the reliability, functionality and performance of your Lightning Pick system. Perhaps we’ll get a chance to meet when you come for a tour of our Germantown facility. Until then, here’s to getting things done right – at the speed of light.
