Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Matthews International is a designer, manufacturer and marketer principally of memorialization products and brand solutions. Brand solutions include graphics imaging products and services, marking products, and merchandising solutions.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel made it's second annual selection of the Top 100 Workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin and Lightning Pick was selected 10th of the 49 small businesses on the list. Lightning Pick also received a special award for "Best Work/Life Flexibility Company" out of the entire list of winners.

Major product development in both the classic Lightning Pick Solutions Suite for order fulfillment operations and the introduction of the new Build2Light system for manufacturers has created a lot of breakthrough technologies for Lightning Pick to share at ProMat. So for ProMat 2011 Lightning Pick is presenting two booths. Booth 4250 will feature the Build2Light demo workstation, a complete pilot system for manufacturers to easily configure quality-enhancing assembly processes from their own Bills of Materials. Booth 4219 will show major developments in Lightning Pick, including the new LP Mobile App and LP Dashboard Version 6.1.
