The Lightning Pick Cart was designed to optimize batch picking operations by reducing walking/travel time, improve pick rates and increase order accuracy. Lightning Pick Technologies offers a second approach to its classic cart solution.

Our classic LP Cart features a Standard Laptop computer with color LCD screen, omni directional scanner for hands free scanning, up to 16 lighted order positions and a rechargeable mobile power pack. The system maintains communications with the Lightning Pick server through a wireless LAN network.

A second application involving carts uses the advanced Lightning Pick Cluster Pick features to pick multiple orders concurrently on a cart.

The newest concept in light-directed cart picking combines some of the best aspects of voice-directed picking with the proven advantages of light-directed sortation of multiple orders per cart.
